Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett are partners in Miami’s police force – but different as night and day. Mike is a real playboy, while Marcus is a quiet family man. As a fortune in seized heroin is stolen from police warehouses, Mike and Marcus’ department comes into the spotlight – are they guilty of being found within the police’s own ranks? To clear the department’s name and reputation, Mike and Marcus search for the perpetrators, which leads them to witness Julie Mott.
