Drink when:
- You encounter a wild Pokemon
- Your Pokemon faints
- You heal your Pokemon
- Pokemon levels up
Drink twice when:
- Your Pokemon hurts itself in confusion
- Your Pokemon evolves
Chug when:
- You beat a Gym leader
