Beer is not the cause of a Beer Belly

Beer is not the cause of a Beer Belly

It is not just beer that unleashes the dreaded beer belly, a new major study shows.

Despite the concept of beer belly, it turns out that beer should not only be blamed for the stomach tipping too much when consuming too much beer.

The study comes from Germany, where 20,000 have participated, and the conclusion is that beer can not in itself lead to beer stomach. But diet generally plays an equally important role.

That being said, beer in large quantities is still contributing to the accumulation of fat in the body, but not necessarily with placement on the stomach.

So there is comfort to be had for the beer lovers, but you still have to drink beer carefully.
