1. Beer is filled with Vitamins

More than 20 studies support that beer moderately strengthens the heart. A study by The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, for example, demonstrated. a reduced risk of coronary heart disease in beer drinkers.

Researchers at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston have examined the relationship between sperm quality and coffee and beer intake, and found that men who drank at least 22 grams of alcohol on average – or the equivalent of three items – had more than three times more likely to become a father in fertility treatment than abstainers.

A New England Journal of Medicine study found that people who drank one alcoholic drink a day still kept their brains sharp as they got older.

Xanthohumol, which is found in hops, is an antioxidant that inhibits carcinogenic enzymes.

The same antioxidant protects the brain from degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.

Moderate beer drinkers have a reduced risk of 41 per cent. to get kidney stones, a study in the Clinical Journal of the American Society of Nephrology shows.
9. Beer reduces the risk of kidney stones
Beer is rich in silicon, which strengthens both skin and bones.
10. Beer reduces the risk of gallstones
Studies by the Harvard School of Public Health have shown a reduced risk of getting gallstones. However, it only works if you drink beer daily.
