A Few Beers a day is Healthy for you
A few cold baths every day strengthen your health. According to scientists who published their findings in the scientific journal Nutrition, Metabolism & Cardiovascular Diseases.
Thus, on average, 0.8 liters of beer per day (or about one item for women and two for men) reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease by 25 percent.
You shouldn’t drink much more until it goes beyond your health, but a draft beer or half-and-a-half (with 0.5 liter glass) helps increase the level of ‘healthy’ cholesterol, thus reducing the risk of having a stroke or heart- vascular diseases.
The study also points out that beer is as healthy for the body as a glass of wine it is – and that both are better than consuming spirits.
Therefore, drink with ease – a beer or two a day is only good, according to the study.
