The John Collins is a part of Collins (drinks) family. It is believed to have been first invented by a headwaiter, named John Collins, who worked at Limmer’s Old House. Limmer’s Old House was a popular hotel and coffee house in Londen.

You need
- 4 cl. Bourbon Whiskey
- The juice of one lemon
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup
- Club Soda
- 1 slice of orange, for garnish
- Ice
How to make it
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Pour in the bourbon, lemon juice, and syrup.
- Stir the glass, and top up with soda.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
