About

The Tom Collins is an easy to make drink with gin, mixed with sparkling water, lemon juice and

3 Fruity Collins

You need

  • 4 cl Gin
  • 8 cl Club soda
  • 2 cl Lemon juice (you need 1-2 lemons, also for decoration)
  • 2 cl Sugar syrup

How to make it

  1. Fill the glass with ice
  2. Pour in the ingrediens
  3. Stir the drink gently
  4. Garnish with a slice of lemon
