Aperol Spritz

Aperol Spritz is a real summer classic. And that’s for good reason. It is a simple drink, refreshing in the baking sun and is perfectly suited as a welcome drink.
Aperol is originally from the northern Italian, and was developed in 1919 by the two Italian brothers Silvio and Luigi Barbieri. The brothers created the mildest aperitif ever with only 11 percent alcohol.
You need
- 4 cl. Aperol
- 6 cl. Prosecco
- 2 cl. Sparkling water
- 1 slice of orange
- Wine glasses
How to make it
- Fill the wine glass with ice cubes
- Add Aperol
- Add Prosecco and sparkling water
- Decorate with a ½ slice of orange
