Cool down with a refreshing gin and tonic with elderflower
Today on Gin&Tonic-Thursdays we’re gonna talk about a real summer-g&t with sweat rounded taste of elderflowers.
We present to you a delicious recipe for a classical gin and tonic with a refreshing aftertaste of elderflower.
What you need
- 2-4 cl gin
- 1-2 cl elderflowerjuice
- 5 mint leaves
- 1/4 lemon peel
- lots of ice!
- A low-ball glass
- A drink spoon
How to make it
- Fill the glass with ice
- Add gin and elderflowerjuice
- Fill the rest of the glass with tonic
- Add the mint leaves and squeeze the juice of the lemon peel over the drink. Just the peel. This will enhance the gins natural flavors.
